If you knew who walked beside you on this path that you have chosen,
fear would be impossible.
— A Course in Miracles

"As my daughter, Lindsay, approached the end of her battle with cystic fibrosis, I reached out to Sophia to ask for any insights she could share as my family did not have much experience with hospice care. I asked for any sage advice she may be able to give knowing the experience she had with her family member, Steven.

Even from afar, she helped in one of the most difficult moments in my family’s life.  It was as if she were holding my hand.

Sophia later shared that by me reaching out to her in such a time of great need and sorrow, it brought her experience with Steven full circle and gave her clarity on her life’s work.

I am grateful that it crystallized for her what she knew in her heart and that she was on the other end of my cry for help with such love, support, and helpful insight."

"When I saw the BBC documentary, ‘Why We Need to Face Our Mortality’, it struck a nerve for me.  It is the way we Greeks mourn our dead.  I never had the chance to honor my parents in this way…our old ways.  Sophia reminded me of why I hurt so much after their passing.  I was able to recognize that I cannot change the past, but I can move forward knowing in my heart that this is what they and I needed to help them transition.  Sophia allowed me the understanding of knowing where this ‘grief’ I have carried around with me came from.  I am so grateful to her!”
